Batton Plumbing is wonderful! They replaced my hot water heater for me. They are professional, friendly, and very helpful. Marianne in the office was great. Then Rick was the plumber who came out and did the water heater for me. He did a great job and is very knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend Batton Plumbing!

Friendly, helpful, timely & responsive…what more can we say. Our water heater broke at 6 pm. I called their office and left a voicemail for a call back the next morning. They called me back in 5 minutes and said someone would be there to replace the water heater in the morning. The next morning they called again at 8 am and said that the plumber would be at our house by 9 am. He was and we had hot water again by 10:30. Amazing service! Thank you, Batton!

I cannot praise your company enough! My elderly mother called regarding a leak and not only did you respond quickly, but you arrived as promised and got the leak fixed. It is hard to be far away from our parents when these situations arise, but very grateful to find a company that was reliable, respectful, and knowledgeable. You have a new customer for life and we will be recommending you to everyone we know!

I had a good experience with Batton plumbing yesterday. My regular plumber (not Batton) came out to assess and help with two things: a garbage disposal that had stopped working (not a big deal), and water from using the kitchen sink occasionally coming out under a nearby baseboard (very concerning, anxiety-inducing, and a big deal). My regular plumber fixed the garbage disposal but advised me to call another plumber for the other issue, since he no longer goes up on roofs, so couldn't snake my pipes. So I asked my neighbor for a recommendation and she said to call Batton Plumbing. I was nervous, as typically I research any contractor that is going to be working on my home very carefully before using them, but I really wanted to get this plumbing situation assessed and taken care of asap, as it had already been going on too long (I had already waited about a week for my original/regular plumber, and the situation had started a week or so before that). So I called Batton. They are very responsive, answering their phone immediately. I was told a plumber would be sent out that day (yesterday), and, while it did take a while, which is understandable, as I had just called that day, two plumbers actually came out, one of whom is a master plumber, and the other one of whom is also excellent (and is about to be a master plumber). They assessed the situation, figured out what the issue was behind a wall, went up on the roof to snake out the pipes via an old vent stack, and also the second plumber crawled under my house to get the lay of the land, pipes-wise, and tell me all about my pipes, what kind I have, etc. Bottom line, today, for the first time in weeks, I'm able to use my sink again with wild impunity, no water coming from the nearby baseboard! They also explained all the why's and wherefores, and that I should consider replacing a particular stretch of pipe that ideally would be a wider pipe, as well as, at the same time, have them cap off an old vent stack at the "Y" junction in a wall where the water was leaking from when the pipe got semi-clogged further along, if I'm making any sense (and even if I'm not--that's what the sitch was, roughly/to the best of my understanding). The plumbers who came out were Robert and Rick. They are both fantastic! Rick is a master plumber and the one who went up on the roof to snake out the pipes. Robert (about to become a master plumber) is 100% awesome. He went under the house, and also took the time to explain everything to me very carefully and patiently. I really appreciate how well he explained everything to me. I feel SO much better about this whole situation now that I have INFORMATION: information is power, as they say. Prior to Batton Plumbing coming out, I was imagining the worst and all sorts of terrible, and terribly expensive, scenarios. But now I am very comforted to know that it really isn't THAT bad, they were able to snake it out and fix it for now, and, eventually, I just need to replace a certain stretch of pipe with a wider one, and cap off an old roof vent stack at the "Y" junction, all of which they said they can do in one day, and the price they guesstimated (unofficially) wasn't the end of life as we know it. For the work they did yesterday, I do feel the bill was quite expensive. That said, you get what you pay for and I'm definitely so grateful to my neighbor for recommending them! Rick and Robert know what they are doing, are able to do everything (going up on the roof, under the house, etc.), are extremely respectful, collaborative and communicative, and have given me peace of mind to know that I now have good plumbers who can do it all. This is honestly priceless to me, as my own skill set is basically limited to pressing the reset button on the garbage disposal, so to know I can call them for any plumbing issues and/or projects in my house is a profound peace of mind. I highly recommend Batton Plumbing!

What a great professional. They were able to repair Surgical specialty faucets in an operating room. It took talent and expertise to repair these faucets. Great job. They are the one to go to for my plumbing needs.

I called Batton and in less than an hour they were here to address my problem. Robert, an extremely courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable individual solved my issue timely and very fair priced. Highly recommend. Very thankful for their entire team insuring my problem solved.

Service was prompt and professional by Robert. However, be sure to get an estimate in advance. We used Batton last year to replace a leaking hot water heater. Again, quick, professional and reasonably priced. However, we did not get estimate this time. Billed $349 to replace two water shut-off valves for washing machine. Parts should not have cost more than $20 and <1 hr labor (on return visit because did not have part first visit). Word to the wise.
